We are currently seeking a Business Support Associate to join our team in Escazu, San Jose, Costa Rica.
**Position's General Duties and Tasks**:
- Works on assignments where independent judgment is required in resolving problems and making recommendations.
- Works on problems where facts may be incomplete or in a form not readily usable, where further investigation is necessary to define problems before proceeding.
- Determines research methods, identifies appropriate source materials, and prepares standard and complex documents at the request of operating unit served.
- Creates quotation based on business needs and requirements.
- Generates, controls and tracks purchases with suppliers as well as provides status to clients.
- Maintains constant and fluent communications with external and internal providers/suppliers.
- Manages/updates of suppliers in internal systems.
- Coordinates devices or services delivery.
- Purchases, devices, and services inventory control.
- Supports payments to suppliers.
- Controls PO (Purchase Orders) life cycle.
- Expenses distribution based on client's requirements.
- Supports annual, semi-annual or per client needs budget creation.
- Decisions are typically focus on methods, tactics, and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects.

- Proficient writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good client service skills.
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and solve problems in a team environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines and work independently.
- Depth of knowledge of administrative and organizational processes.
- Experience in managing purchases platforms.
- Experience in suppliers maintenance and billing processes.
**Education Requirements**
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred.
- ITIL is a plus.
