**Who you are**
**What you will be doing**
- Determine, implement, and evaluate sales strategies to maximize revenue growth within the Software as a service industry.
- Analyzes market trends, competitors' activities, and customer requirements to enhance strategies and tactics.
- Lead, recruit, train and organize a team of Business development representatives making sure that they are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge and tools required for the role.
- Establish the proper mechanisms to promote a highly individual, and team performance while fostering a collaborative environment of innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities to support sales objectives.
- Utilize sales tools and CRM systems Analyze sales data and metrics track sales activities, manage pipelines and prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of Experience in Sales or similar roles
- Proven track record of success in business development and/or sales leadership roles, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Experience managing teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. CRM AND (coaching skills OR leadership OR negotiation skills OR strategy) AND SAAS
