Main Activities - Support planning, coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and plans to maximize the potential of assigned products.
- Coordinate and monitor the development of programs and tactics of products within scope
- Support product tactics, following marketing procedures and practices, such as:
- promotional material and campaigns
- medical samples
- medical education plans
- public relations
- value-added programs (all clients)
- market research
- Monitor the impact of marketing programs, through different performance indicators
- Collaborate with local teams in each country of the region in the implementation of marketing plans.
- Manage investment within the approved budgets.
- Design and review that promotional materials comply with guidelines established by the company and are in accordance with laws and regulations of our countries.
- Maintain a constant monitoring of the performance of products in scope vs competitors.
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Major in Business Administration, careers related to the area of marketing and /or Health degree
- Advance English level is a must
- Availability to travel 25% of the time
- Microsoft Office Intermediate Knowledge
- Results oriented with a positive attitude and a clear focus on access goals, priorities and milestones
- Reliable, resilient and determined.
- Organized and structured
- Empathetic communicator able to see things from the other person’s point of view; with excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with the ability to present ideas in a compelling way
