Join Western Union as an Associate Collector.**Western Union powers your pursuit.**We are looking for someone who would be part of Retail Collections Ops team as Associate Collector responsible for contact customers to determine the reason for payment delinquency in Western Union.**Role Responsibilities**- Primary responsibility is collections.- Under direct supervision, contacts customers to determine the reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls which are basic and routine.- Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.- May answer inquiries and resolve problems.- Requires limited knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services.- May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff.**Role Requirements**- Bachelor's degree preferred.- Typically, has less than 18 months of finance, accounting, or collections experience.- Flexible and adaptable.- Ability to influence and drive execution.- Passionate about working in a multicultural environment.- Schedule: Lunes a Viernes de 10 am a 7 pm**We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
