Job Purpose:

The role of Portfolio Demand Analyst is to work with all requests to the T&I demand management queue to determine the type and relative size of the request and ensure that the appropriate team members are assigned to the request.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Systems Eng or a relevant field.
Advanced English Level.
3+ years of eperience in similar roles.
Previous experience working in Telco companies.MUST.
Previous experience in portfolio management process.
Jira Cloud & EPC Knowledge.
Cross-functional teams collaboration.
Availability to work on site in Escazú.
